Traveled down to London from Newcastle for MCM Comic-Con. The tickets this time were booked online rather than speaking to someone like the last time I used them. Along with booking the tickets online I also booked the disabled access online requesting help with luggage and ramp for boarding and exiting the train. It was all pretty straight forward but there did seem to be some confusion with the online team when booking this so this did make me rather anxious and nervous for the journey ahead regarding if it was actually going to be in place for me getting there.
